Accommodation blocks have been secured at the following hotels for delegates attending the 2013 conference.
A credit card will need to be supplied to secure your accommodation. Please note: this card will be held as security only – it will not be charged by FYHE. Upon arrival at the hotel you will need to confirm how final payment will be made. If you wish to pre-pay your accommodation in full, please download and return the following pre-payment authorisation form:
Please note, you will still need to book your accommodation through the registration process, and provide a credit card number for security.
Copthorne Oriental Bay

Copthorne Cancellation Policy
A charge of one night’s accommodation may be charged if a reservation is cancelled within 30-7 days of arrival. A charge of 100% of the accommodation cost may be incurred if reservations are cancelled within 7 days of arrival or no shows on the day of arrival.

Amora Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation made within 30 days before the nominated arrival date will result in one night’s accommodation being charged to the credit card you provided for booking. Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to the nominated arrival date will result in a cancellation fee of the full accommodation cost being charged to the credit card you provided for booking.
